I cannot hear but the connection is established

Guys,

I am able to do a 2 way talk using Xlite in my network. But when I try the same to my remote office which is connected via a VPN I cannot hear them.
Connection is established properly. They can hear me but I cannot.

Any suggestions?

Sounds like port forwarding issues.

Make sure on both routers that ports 5060 through 5070 are forwarded to your Asterisk boxes along with 10001 through 20000 - all them set as UDP
