Connected a Grandstream HT802 to FreePBX (ver 16). Registers fine to PBX. I get dial tone. Can dial to another extension, and receive a call from another extension. But cannot dial out. *43 echo test works fine. Default HT802 dial plan is { x+ | +x+ | *x+ | xxx+ } in the Grandstream web interface. Any ideas?
You’ll need to provide some asterisk logs before anyone would be able to provide you with any helpful steps to solve your issue.
