HT801 doesn't receive incoming calls

Hello all and thanks in advance. I’ve recently setup freepbx with a voip.ms trunk. Incoming and outgoing work perfectly with a softphone, but the HT801 will only work with outgoing. I’m new to all this but have done a good bit of research on fixing the issue but starting to pull my hair out. I’ve attached a few logs - if there’s more you need just let me know.

It just started randomly working on incoming calls now. While I’m glad it’s working, I don’t like the fact I don’t know the reason. Can anyone shed some light please? Thanks

Did you see if the HT801 IP wasn’t banned ? Is it whitelisted ? If it has a REGISTER enabled and it’s failing, PBX could be blocking it.

Type: grep -r "ht-801-ip-here" /var/log/fail2ban* and see if you have anything there.

If the HT801 can make outbound calls with no issue then the IP isn’t banned. The HT801 isn’t registered it would seem in this call output. If it magically started receiving calls, this is sounding like a NAT issue between the PBX and the HT801.
