How would I change the dial timeout?

Hello,

I am having an issue with trying to change the time it takes for the open dial tone to switch to a fast busy due to lack of input. Does anyone know where the setting would be in freepbx or an conf file somewhere? Is this possibly a phone setting?

Hard to say seeing as you have not listed your hardware.

You will need to change the digit map on the phone(s). How you do that is dependent on the brand and model of phone.
