Is there a way to unactivate a voicemail box? We have some users who have left and are being replaced and we want their voicemails back to the default state where they are prompted to record their greetings again.

If the password is set to the extension, they will be prompted to record greetings and names if you have those options set (forcename and forcegreetings I believe.)
