How to stop restarting on "Firewall Rules corrupted! Restarting in 5 seconds..."

Suddenly my FreePBX v17 (set on Virtual Machine) started restarting reporting some issue with firewall. But it fell into this restart limbo. Whole server restarts in dead loop.

It seems there is an issue in configuration of ethernet interface as machine is not asking IP from DHCP.

How can I interrupt this restart so I can access it and try to investigate?

Reboot twice within two minutes and the firewall should then remain off until started manually.

Well, it restarts itself 5 seconds after Linux is up and it can do that indefinitely.
