How to setup RRmemory with auto pause

hello guys may I ask you the question how to setup rrmemory queue?

So, it like this I want to use RRmemory for use with Zoiper softphone application and I facing issue like this. First time I make call for RRmemory it works but after that RRmemory it not working it not ring to any of extension number that I put in and after timeout I set to fail over to divert to personal phone that fail one still working but RRmemory the main queue it not working after first time I try.

so do you guys have this issue before and how going to fix it my setting like this

FreePBX Queue setting

General seeting

-Ring Strategy: RRmemory

-Autofill: yes

-Skip Busy Agents: yes

Timing & agent Option

-Max wait time mode: loose

-Agent TImeout Restart: no

-Auto Pause: Yes in all queues

How many Agents are in your Queue ?

Have you tried another Ring Strategy ?

Is there really a need to enable Skip Busy Agents ?

What happens if you disable Auto Pause ?
