How to set rings before ivr ans

We are using freepbx to handle calls in our company when some one call in, the call goes to the IVR. I would like the caller to be given 2 rings before the IRV start to play.

Go to Ring Groups
Add Ring Group

Ring Time = 12 (I might be mistake but that should be 2 rings)
Extensions List: Add your Extensions.
Destination if no answer:
Select IVR -> To your IVR

Inbound Routes -> Your DID
Set Destination -> Ring Groups -> Your Ring Group

So caller calls XXX XXX XXXX. It rings all the people in your ring group. After 12 seconds it will go to IVR if no answer.
