How to run a fresh install script

I accidentally closed out of install script in the middle of it, the first time I ran install_amp I was prompted for install directories of the web site and such.

Now when I run it it rips right though but the web site doesn’t work and is not installed where I want it.

Is there a way to force a clean install? My apache configuration seems to be a problem.

delete /etc/amportal.conf
then rerun the ./install_amp.sh
