I need help about that feature.
I saw same system in Siemens HiPath4000 series switchboards.
e.g. I called someone but didn’t respond or busy and dropped a missed call on the phone. That person realized my call and call back to me but normally IVR responses so I want to receive that call directly to my extension.
In Siemens system, it’s available for 24 hours. after expired that time, this route plan deleted automatically.
is there any module works like this ?
