Hello everyone. With an advisory transfer *2, if the subscriber is busy, I try to return the caller via **, but then, 7 beeps of the end of the KVP are heard, only after that the caller returns. What is the problem? How to return the caller correctly during the consultative transfer? Thank you all

Transfer by DTMF codes is a specialty function that would only be used if SIP or other native transfer is unavailable. With most IP phones, softphones or mobile SIP apps, there is a Transfer key that initiates an attended transfer. If the transferred-to party is busy or doesn’t answer, the transferor presses a key, usually called “Cancel”, to be reconnected with the original caller.
