How to remove, disable , uninstall RECORDINGS options in EXTENSIONS

Hello.

I would like to know how can I disable, remove or unistall RECORDINGS in FreePBX in the EXTENSIONS options. Thank you .

Is there a way to prevent access to the recordings module, per extension? Or maybe disable certain features of the recordings module? Say a person wants access to a phantom voicemail,(and the only way I can figure out how to create that is by adding an extension) can you prevent them from setting forwarding, etc?

You can’t uninstall recordings, it is tied into the core of FreePBX.

Same problem here. Can’t see an option to uninstall it.
