How to reach Sangoma?

I must say I am kinda worried, as a reseller we have been trying to reach Sangoma for days on some PBXact related questions. Our assigned rep apparently left the company for another job. Calling in on Sales lines only get us into a horrible IVR menu that runs you around for ages, and the only end option is leave a voice mail. Upon leaving multiple messages we never get a call back. Not a great way to sell more product.

I hope they aren’t going under, we have a bunch of PBXact in the field, as well of of course FreePBX systems. I just find it odd thata after a solid week of trying I can’t reach anyone, or get a phone call back.

Anyone here have any clue on how to reach someone? I really hope they aren’t in collapse…

We have tried, we get no call back, and my business partner said he saw on linked in our rep had moved to a new company. I will go check for DM’s…
