What is the correct procedure to re-provision a phone? It’s a D62 using DPMA if it matters.

I’ve had the best luck with factory resetting the phone and grabbing a new config from the server.
Look under the digium_phone module on the asterisk console. There is an option to reconfigure. Also, from EPM - Ext Mapping there is an icon to force the phone to check a config.

Ah yes, the nuke and reboot approach! I’m hoping to not have to go to the phone.
