Is there a way to only show missed calls during office hours? Coming into the office in the morning and seeing x missed calls from during the night is not wanted.
Show missed calls where? CDRs? Reporting? The missed call log of the phone?
Sorry. On the screen of the phone. Normally I just turn off Missed calls competely but this client is being difficult. They want it during the day, they just don’t want to see missed calls from after hours.
Then you need to set things up so they don’t get calls sent to their phones after hours.
I wish it was that easy! They have a night number that rings a smattering of phones around the plant after hours. They have all voicemail turned off, will not use queues nor digital receptionist, etc. sigh…
