How to maximize number of concurrent calls

Hello Everyone ,

I am new to freepbx, I got bunch of VoIP numbers that i already setup at the moment i am reciving and making 2 concurrent calls at a time but i would like to setup on of them to accept unlimited incoming and outgoing concurrent calls.

I was under the impression that when Maximum Channels from the trunk options that would allow me to make any number of outgoing as well incoming but it didn’t work.

I would appreciate your help.

You probably need to purchase more call paths from your carrier.

SkykingOH is correct. You ITSP will almost certainly not allow unlimited inbound and outbound calls. I know that the ones that I used limit each account to 2 calls unless you buy additional channels.
