How to manually hangup and active call?

when the call is stuck and is still in use. there is a command that manually hangup de call ?

I have an occasional problem that is caused by our PBX. If a user hangs up it can occasionally hang the extension called and the trunk. I can see this in the FOP. All that I have to do is double-click that trunk line.

In asterisk CLI, type soft hangup and press TAB-key to get a list of channels in use, select the right one (by typing the beginning characters) and press TAB to fill in the rest, then press Enter-key.
