Hi Guys,
we have installed the call center addon on the elastix,usually the agent first have to login into the elastix interface then only he can login to the agent console.it is all done through the GUI.
can it be done through phone itself through some AGIcoding , logging upto the agent console?
ie,instead of going to the GUI ,agent should be logged in to the elastix and to the agent console by dialing some numbers as credentials.
Anyone Pls help

The call center module is an Elastix product. It is not developed or maintained by FreePBX. There may be folks in the community who use it but you may get a faster answer in the Elastix community. If you have any pressing FreePBX or Asterisk issues come see us, unfortunately this module is not likely to be supported here.
