What is the process for loading the latest SIP load for a PolyCom IP 7000? I am trying to use the latest firmware loads from the PolyCom site, and not just the version available as a download from the Endpoint Manager screen.
Download the files and put them into your tftpboot folder as you normally would.
I would check the release notes to makes sure that no changes were made that would effect the config files. Only copy the firmware, not the sample configs Polycom distributes.
