How to install open vm tools?

Just migrated freepbx (CentOS 6.6 SHMZ) into a virtual machine
How can I install open-vm-tools ?

I’ve tried " yum install open-vm-tools" with no luck :

Loaded plugins: fastestmirror, kmod, refresh-packagekit
Setting up Install Process
Loading mirror speeds from cached hostfile
No package open-vm-tools available.
Error: Nothing to do

Any suggestion ?

Just for information :

On ESXi host (where VM is running) , right click virtual machine - guest - Install/Upgrade VMware tools
This provide vmware tools package to be available into VM cd-rom
Once cd-rom is mounted and file unpacked it can be installed (mostly pressing enter to all installation questions)
