How to install one line in my costumer, on your freepbx

My friends, help me plase. I need know about how works when a costumer have only one line, and this line go out of the router on a out of rj11. My question about this subject it´s: how I can to install this line in my freepbx?
There some form of to do this it only with one line?
other thing: There some other protocol, thai i can to use to make this it works?

Assuming you don’t mean a clothing supplier.

It sounds like you are describing an analogue line. For analogue lines. you either need to install an FXO equipped PCI card, and use DAHDI, or use a, SIP based analogue gateway, external to the FreePBX machine.

Note that analogue lines often do not handle signalling of call answer and hangup very well, so the customer should be encouraged to move their number to a VoIP service.

I recommend a SIP FXO gateway, as it is compatible with any form factor or VM.

Current products include Grandstream HT813 and Obihai OBi212.

Older devices, often available used at low cost, include Grandstream HT503, Obihai OBi110, Cisco/Linksys SPA3102 and SPA3000.

Thanks your help, but with this fxo that you tell me, I don´t unsderstand how I will go power on in my freepbx. Besause I have one gateway from provider, this gateway go out one cable analogue, I wanna to delete this gateway and power on this line of my costumer on freepbx, You know?

Please write a much longer description of what you are trying to do. Too much is getting lost in translation. A longer description will give more clues as to what the real question is. Also please consider also including a version in your first language…
