How to increase network timeout

Hi, I have Aastra 6730i VoIP phone connected to RasPBX but sometimes it gets disconnected. Sometimes phone shows a message that it is not connected (error code 408), but sometimes phone shows like everything is OK, but Asterisk says that extension is offline (I check this under Asterisk Info in FreePBX).

One recent example. I tried to call to my Aastra phone (extension number 7000) through USB dongle and the call did not went through (line busy), and Asterisk Info has shown that extension is offline.

Then I tried to call this Aastra extension from other extension and it rang. Then I retried the call to USB dongle and the call went through just fine.

The problem is probably the network, of course, however it seems to me that this could be solved by settings some network timeouts. Any idea where and how?

Your messages are not useful. I think the output of “pjsip set logger on” is more suitable to diagnose the possible errors.
