How to hide an inbound number in softphone/hardphone? I tried to change it in Set caller ID and was able to hide it but unfortunately the crm link to our pbx was also affected. Our crm need to view the inbound number for it to process automatically.

If the goal is to re-write CallerID number, but ONLY when ringing local extensions but keep it for CDRs, you will probably have to use the predial hook macros:
