How to hear records in the CDR Reports?

When I try to listen to the recording, I'm faced with a shortage of some module. Tried the latest version of FireFox and Chrome, Windows and Linux. FreePBX 2.11.0.35

Which module is missing?

Installed QuickTime. All wirking ok.
