How to handle sip attack?

There is an IP from france (212.83.142.55) trying to access my SIP server in every minute. Yes, every minute for few days. And try to use many different username and password to log on to the sip server. I know from OS level that I can deny access from this IP, however, are there any proper way to handle this kind of attack by FreePBX package?

There is no FreePBX package that does that. You should investigate Fail2ban as an effective prophylactic solution to your problem.
