How can I report bugs and get some answers for pbxACT ?
I opened a support ticket one week ago and got no reply. 2 days ago, I commented the ticket and asked what I had to do to get some support, where should I go, should I buy support credits… still nothing.
We installed pbxACT for 60 users and we noticed some bugs in the Sangoma Desktop App that we’d like to get fixed or at least acknowledged. I didn’t try the pbxACT forum because it looks deserted. Should I post over there ?

If the bug is in the open source code, you can report it via Github, for Asterisk, or FreePBX, as appropriate, but that has to be on the understanding that there is no guarantee of when, or if, it will be fixed. You’ll only get any level of guarantee if you have a current paid support contract.
