Friends, I purchased a module, webcall back, but lost it as a result of a restore. Is it possible to get this back without having for repay for the module?
You have to reset the hardware lock on the original instance and re-register your restore under your previous instance.
May need to contact Sangoma support to have them help you with that.
crap, didn’t work.
commercial module licenses are tied to the activation id. If you activated under the same id the license transfers. You need to activate under the id where the license is.

aaaaaahh… do u know of a method for re-registration by any chance? After the restore, I proceeded as a NEW INSTALL!
