I’m troubleshooting an issue I have with GrandStream support for my DP750.
They are asking me to provide the provisioning file.
I don’t even know how to get that?
How can I get a copy of a specific provisioning file for a specific phone?

You’ll need to SSH into the PBX. All configuration files are stored in the /tftpboot directory. Look for files that contain the phones MAC address that you are working on.
