How to control when phones provision

Hello, I am having trouble finding settings to control the amount of time between provisioning on some Sangoma S705 phones. I changed the ReSync Time in the endpoint manager to 43200 seconds, but it doesn’t appear to be working. Phones are still provisioning much more often than that. Is there another place I need to look for settings related to provisioning? Thank you.

Can you try to login to the phone admin interface directly and see what is in there?
