Hi I’m newbie on FreePBX in a flash. I noticed the calls are being saved in "/var/spool/asterisk/monitor/(Year)/(Date)/(DAY)
How can I change the settings to save all recording only on “”/var/spool/asterisk/monitor/" only without the (Year)/(Date)/(DAY) directory

You will have to rewrite the code that was rewritten because everyone else wanted that granularity, sorry the majority win here.
What file should i modify?
The one that does the particular logic you object to, somewhere in /etc/asterisk/extensions*.conf
they will generally be overwritten every update though.
