How to change/set SIP Registration Timeout only for 1 trunk?

For a pjsip trunk, on the Advanced tab, set Expiration as desired.

Trunk GUI settings do not have Timeout settings and do not have Advanced Tab.

All my trunks is SIP (chan_sip) trunks.

Why do you need chan_sip?

If for some reason you can’t change, set defaultexpiry for the shortest interval that your trunks require. Any provider demanding a longer interval should reject the request with a 423 and Asterisk should re-register with the required expiry.
