Where can I change the default hold audio? For ex. I am in a phone call with someone and I want to hold the line for a minute and he should be hearing custom audio
I tried the MoH on the FMFM settings but it only plays when the call is not answered yet. So basically, I want to change the default audio for the whole phone server
You manage your on hold musing under Settings -> Music on Hold. Once you’ve created your custom category you need to assign it to whatever call flow you want it to apply to. So if you have an inbound route you would assign your custom category on the Music on Hold line.
Ok, that makes sense. Do you also know where is the default hold audios saved?
It’s the default category under the same Settings section.
