How to allow recording on demand via the dialplan of the phone

Hi guys,

I am unable to enable record on demand, I figured it is most likely because of my phone’s dialplan.

I am using an X-LIte and I have this dialplan: #1\a\a.T;match=1;prestrip=2;

What do I have to add so that *1 (record on demand) is added to the dialplan?

Hmm, that dialplan according to their specs should just pass through *1. Now I am unsure as to why my in-call conversation does not get recorded …

When pressing *1, I am not seeing anything on the asterisk CLI so I am unsure at this point as to what to do next …
