How does one go about adding support for a phone not listed in the endpoint manager? I need to add a Polycom VVX 500.
You probably just need to add the phone manually by going into the phone’s web interface and entering all of the required parameters. (the way we had to do it in the dark early days of Asterisk)

Bill, he is talking about the new EPM. I would just clone a template and mod it to work with that model.
Right but is there some docs that might help some along with what does what when modding?
