How to accurately track minutes used?

I pay for the PBXact and use sip station.com for trunking and the system works great the only issue is how do I keep track of minutes used I’m having such a difficult time logging that sip station does throw a courtesy ‘hey you will run out of mins if you don’t buy x amount of trunks more by end of month’ but it’s like a one time email and if I’m out no one sees or responds to it. I want a dashboard where I can live track the mins used only through the trunks so no internal and have several thresholds I can set warnings to to send to internal groups.

I have Prometheus and grafana up and running but all I can figure out so far is the default asterisk integration I cant figure out how to query and build this line graph that I feel would make life easier for me and my team…

Am I going the right way or is there a better way. I’d also be interested in setting up power automate and power bi as this is more of a Microsoft shop then Linux. I got much further with power bi but was having issues converting duration to seconds to mins the numbers I got were wildly different then what I’ve been billed for so it seems my process is off.
