can someone tell me how to turn off all call forwarding on an extension? I am remote but the phone is at the client and they cannot seem to do it.

There is an old unsupported module called “Extension Settings” that used to have that capability but it hasn’t been updated in a long time and does not currently work with the new versions of FreePBX.
(not to be confused with the new module by the same name which does not have that capability)
