How do I specify operator extension

I am setting up an extension. In VmX locator I check that 0 goes to operator. User Guide says that you have to set up operator extension for the system in General Settings module.
Sorry, how do I get to that module? Does it have new name now? I couldn’t find how to mark an extension as “operator” in any of the screens.

This setting is now in the Voicemail admin module, under Dialplan Behavior.
