How do I rebuild config when a phone has max contact > 1

Using FreePBX 14
Using EPM
Using Aastra 6737i phones

Setup extension 3001 in EPM to a specific MAC address.
Clicked Save Rebuild and update.
Phone provisioned normally.

Changed Max Contact to 2.
Ext 3001 no longer shows up in EPM.
I can only see the existing phone in the Other tab of the extension.
Along with a second one.
But there is no option to rebuild config for these extensions.
