Hey guys, sys admin here looking to give a team lead access to unpause memebers that are “on break” would anyone know what rights to give them in the admin panel? Is this even found in the admin panel? Thanks!
Using a tool like fop2 gives you this ability. You could probably write a custom dial plan to do this as well.
