How can I transfer a call directly to an extension’s voice mail?
Even if I am here I want some calls to go directly to my voice mail, is there away the receptionist can transfer calls directly to voice mail?
You can transfer to *EXTNo. If you want to transfer to ext 200’s voicemail, you would transfer to *200.

The # is used to confirm the selection. You can enter it, or just wait a second for the software to recognize you’re done entering a number. The # is required when you’re transferring to an extension (not directly to voicemail) as well).
