The person who set up the phones at my company left so now I need to figure this out. Please assume that I am an idiot because my knowledge on this topic is ZERO.
My company has three voice lines and one fax line from AT&T. One of the voice lines has a short circuit somewhere and AT&T cannot fix it until next week. That means that every time a customer calls they have a 33% chance of getting the bad line. We cannot do business like this.
Is there a way to disable this line in the PBX software?
