Help With Zaptel Configuration

I have purchased a TDP400P card with 2 x FXO and 2 x FXS ports aswell as a Digium B410P Quad BRI Port.

Can any1 help me with what configuration needs to be made to make these cards work or point me in the direction of a decent instruction guide.

I have searched the web but unable to find one that can help me.

Thanks in advance.

P.S At the moment 2 of the 4 lights are on the 400 card and none of the lights are on the BRI card.

When i run a show zap channels from the CLI i get :-
