I work with call centers, and we would like to use the Sangoma Phone client on the desktop. Is there any option to turn off or disable features of these phones with an ini file or something similar?
We don’t want the agents to fiddle around with features or settings. Ideally, we would want to disable access to items in the Availability/settings pulldown, and to disable searching for contacts.
So far, I’ve found that there is a preferences.json created. Is there some kind of developer/admin documentation on optional settings to enable or disable in this file, or another file like this?
