Help with Informational line setup

I have created a virtual extension that has an IVR attached to it in the optional designations in advanced tab in extensions. When I dial the extension, it works fine. however when I transfer to the extension, the call drops.

What setting might cause this to happen?

This is still an issue that I have yet to resolve, Any ideas out there? If you need more info just let me know and i’ll get it for you.
