Help with Asterisk Error in FreePBX

Hi, i’m having a problem with the freepbx.

I change the port in the file /etc/asterisk/manager.conf and put the port 5060, when i enter to the FreePBX server and it says Asterisk Error!!

Please need help!!

What are you trying to accomplish by changing the port number?

if i don’t change the port number to 5060 it doesn’t work, and i cannot call.
I’m using Asterisk in a Virtual Machine.

Port 5060 is used for SIP. Even though the manager is TCP that would be very confusing.
