We’ve had a sporadic problem - it doesn’t always happen. An incoming call is put on hold. When the user picks the call back up, there is no audio - the caller cannot be heard. If we immediately transfer that call to another phone, two-way audio works fine.
Any ideas or suggestions?
I thought I’d post the log file from the most recent instance of this issue. I don’t see anything abnormal in the log. In this case, the caller hung up because the user wasn’t aware that they should try transferring the call.
