Heads Up Display for new customer

I have a customer with an aging system that was installed 12 years ago. I want to move all their phones over to FreePBX/PBXact.

the only caveat is they are married to this HUD software that they get from the former companies On-prem system which was called Fonality.

is there anything like the HUD software or can the UCP be used in this fashion? it basically gives you the presence of all users on the system in a nice desktop application for the computer. it has a drag and drop capability to transfer calls etc.

How is it not cheap? It is only $40 then$20/year after a year to get updates
