So, I use Twilio as a SIP, and I can dial their sip test number and it works just fine, but whenever I dial any other number I get an “All circuts are busy” error.
Any ideas?
You haven’t provided the logs that would be needed to give a proper answer, but my guess is that they allow the test number to be called by unauthenticated callers, and the other numbers are failing because you are not successfully authenticating.
The “All circuits are busy” message is of very limited diagnostic value, as it covers a very large range of original failure causes.
