We have 6 users using Zulu and each have the H20 Wireless Headsets from Sangoma. They do not have desk phones, just the wireless headsets. We run into constant issues where they can not hear anyone talk during phone calls. People can hear them, but they cant hear anyone. We can unplug them and restart them and it fixes it temporarily, but eventually we keep coming back to same issue. Any help would be great. All of our extensions are set up as PJSIP.

Open a trouble ticket with Sangoma. Once the support people you are paying for tell you what the problem is, it would be nice to let the community know.
