Hardware lock cannot be reset, maximum attempts reached

Since upgrading to v16, I can see “2 Hardware License Resets remaining” in the GUI activation page. However, in the Sangoma Portal it (correctly?) states “Hardware lock cannot be reset, maximum attempts reached”. I did not have any Zend Resets left for this deployment prior to upgrading to v16. Is this conflicting information expected and what can I do about it? I had hoped the upgrade to v16 had awarded two new lives as it suggested in the GUI but I guess that’s wrong.

I saw this discrepancy once also, not sure what causes it. The way forward is to open a customer support ticket and ask them to reset it.
